PDF/Download Patterns

Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns (patchwork and cross-stitch) and other digital products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available under any circumstances. Once Amelia Reed has received and accepted payment, no cancellations will be accepted.

Mystery Boxes

As indicated in the product details, mystery gift boxes are not returnable or exchangeable. If you order multiple gift boxes and receive duplicate items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Other Items

For printed patterns (patchwork and cross-stitch), handmade patchwork, and small accessories, you have 15 days to request a refund. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
